This policy explains how we handle your information. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Fitbae is a fitness and general wellness service; it does not provide medical care.
1. Who we are
This policy applies to the brand fitbae_with_pai ("Fitbae", "we", "us" or "our"). Fitbae services are supplied by Dura Fit LLC and/or another Fitbae-affiliated entity identified during enrolment, checkout, payment confirmation or invoicing (the "Service Provider"). We process your personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable data-protection laws.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- contact and registration details, such as your name, WhatsApp number, email and place or country of residence;
- payment records and billing information (card and bank details are handled by our third-party payment providers, not stored by us);
- health, fitness and lifestyle information that you choose to share so we can support safe participation;
- photographs, measurements, assessments and progress records;
- dietary information and preferences;
- your communications with us and your participation records.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to deliver and personalise your program, to understand your goals and support safe participation, to communicate with you and provide support, to process payments, to keep our records, to improve our services, and, only where you have given permission, for marketing.
4. Health and fitness information
Any health or fitness information you provide is used to help us design and adapt your program safely and is treated as confidential. Fitbae provides fitness and general wellness services and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Please share accurate information and keep it up to date, and follow your doctor's guidance.
5. Sharing and third-party platforms
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party services to run our programs, including video conferencing, messaging, payment processing, scheduling, forms, applications, cloud storage, email, website hosting and membership management. When you use these platforms, their own terms and privacy practices also apply. We may share information where required by law or to protect our lawful interests.
6. Marketing and use of your story
We will obtain your permission before publicly using identifiable progress photographs, transformation videos, testimonials, personal measurements or details of your health or fitness journey for marketing. Participating in a program alone does not constitute consent to public promotional use. You can withdraw marketing consent for future use at any time, subject to applicable law and to material already lawfully published or incorporated into completed content.
7. Session recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for replay, quality, training, safety or operational purposes where participants have been informed and recording is permitted by law. If you prefer not to appear, let us know; you may be asked to keep your camera off where doing so does not compromise safety. Please do not record, photograph or share a session, coach or another participant without permission.
8. How we protect your information
We take reasonable measures to protect confidential client information. Please also respect the privacy of other participants and do not copy, record, disclose or distribute information shared during sessions or community groups.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a concern about how your data is handled. To do so, contact us through the channels below.
11. Children
Fitbae programs are intended for adults (18 and over) unless a specific arrangement with parental or guardian consent has been approved. We do not knowingly collect information from children outside such an arrangement.
